To inform that the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") will conduct the "Taiwan Junior High School Student Mobile Phone and Internet Usage Survey" from April 27, 2026 (Monday) to May 31, 2026 (Sunday). Students from all grades are invited to complete the survey during the aforementioned period.

| I. | Our association is dedicated to promoting child welfare work. In addition to providing relevant services, we also conduct research on child welfare to ensure the healthy growth of every child. |
| II. | To understand the current situation of mobile phone and internet usage among junior high school students in Taiwan, this survey is specially conducted to serve as a reference for promoting social awareness and advocacy on issues such as the online safety of children and adolescents. |
| III. | We kindly request your school to assist in posting this announcement and inviting students from all grades to complete the survey during the aforementioned period. Please refer to the attachment for the questionnaire questions and the QR code link. |
