I. Our association will hold a public welfare lecture on "You Deserve a Better Life ~ Facing Trauma, Daring to Heal" on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 2:30 PM at the Chongyou Cultural and Educational Foundation (10th Floor, No. 30, Gongyuan Road, Taipei City).
II. This lecture will guide participants to become aware of the traumas they have experienced, allowing them an opportunity to be well cared for and loved, and to regain their mental health. It will apply cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, and Gestalt therapy to help participants find resilience and transform their lives.
III. Introduction of Group Facilitator, Lecturer Yang Yijing: 1. Graduate Institute of Psychology, University of Hawaii, Esalen Institute of Body-Mind Integration, California. Has received professional training in Gestalt psychotherapy, family therapy, parent effectiveness training, narrative therapy, psychodrama, etc.
2. Founder of the "Body-Mind-Spirit Peach Blossom Spring Growth Center," "Taiwan Light a Lamp Social Care Association," and "Agama Life Biography Theater."
3. Has been leading growth groups in various companies, schools, family support centers, and single-parent centers for over twenty years.
IV. Fee: Free, but a deposit of NT$500 is required to reserve your seat.
